Unique chuck design for welding insulation pins.

The contact gun is used for welding mild steel, stainless steel and brass. Depending on which of the three options of gun springs used, the stud range can be M3 to M10.

The gap gun is used with CD8000 Contact/ Gap power source for optimum results when welding aluminium.
The gap gun can be used in contact mode for mild and stainless steel. Stud range is M3 to M8.

The precision contact gun is specifically designed to hold fine tolerances in a hand held gun operation.
Stud range M3 to M10.

All Capacitor Discharge Guns come with interchangeable heads:

Moveable Footpiece: Required for studs and pins longer than 30mm	3 Leg Footpiece: The 3 Legs can be used in a location Jig to ensure accurate positioning of the stud. Suitable for studs up to 30mm long.	Welding Insulation Pins: Unique Nylon Chuck Guard Cover fitted over the chuck. Ensures good contact between the chuck and pin. No adjustment necessary for welding various pin lengths. Protect the chuck from zinc splashing during welding.	Precision Gun and Head: The internal parts of the precision gun is machined to very fine tolerances and together with the head guarantee very accurate stud positioning.
