Designed specifically for the insulation industry
The CD1000 is designed specifically for the insulation industry. The Pin
Welders robust and reliable design has performed efficiently and reliably for
many years under the stress of on-site and workshop conditions.
The unique chuck guard design has the following advantages:
- No adjustment necessary for different length pins.
- Protects chuck from zinc splashing during welding, therefore increasing the life of the chuck.
- Because of the self-tightening effect between the chuck and the chuck guard, arcing between the chuck and the pin is kept to a minimum.
